William MacTaggart

Sir William MacTaggart, FRSE RA PPRSA (–) was a Scots painter known for his landscapes of East Lothian, France, Norge and elsewhere. He is on occasion called William MacTaggart the Younger to distinguish him from wreath grandfather, the painter William McTaggart.

Life and work
